Rental Rates, Taxes, and Deposit:

High Season: December 16 - April 15
$120 daily

Low Season: April 16 - December 15
$100 daily

* All rates are subject to change without notice and subject to taxes.
* A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation of reservation, and the balance is due 45 days before arrival.
* Visa, Mastercard, Checks and Money Orders are accepted. Make checks payable to: Greg Schmitz.

Considerations

2 People Max
Due to safety issues, children under 12 years of age are discouraged
No Pets
No Smoking Indoors

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your reservation up to 45 days prior to your arrival, however we will charge a 15% (of total rent) cancellation fee, deducted from your deposit (minimum $50.00).

If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival, you will not receive and refund, unless we are able to fill your booking with another reservation. For peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 11am, (unless prior arrangements are made).
